Rochester High School’s Virtual Enterprise class along with their sister school Stoney Creek dominated the State VEI Trade Show at Northwood University on Monday December 16.
At the trade show students build and work a trade booth and sell their virtual wares to the conference attendees. During the event the presentation team also delivered a business plan presentation highlighting the key elements of their business plan in front of judges from the local Midland community. Both schools scored exceptionally well and participated in the finals. Stoney Creek kept their title from last year, as the first place winner and Rochester took the second place spot. Both schools are now eligible to compete at the national Level in New York City in April 2020. On behalf of both schools, Mrs. Katelyn Cryderman (SCHS) and Mrs. Karen Malsbury (RHS) wish their students all the best in the next level of competition. |
